Privacy Policy
Your information, handled with care.
Version 1.0, October 29, 2026
01Who we are
Page&Page builds and runs websites and online tools for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect on page-page.com and while running our clients' services, and what we do with it. Questions: [email protected].
02What we collect
When you contact us or hold a founding seat: your name, email, phone if you give it, your business details, your message, and any photos you attach.
When you become a client: your contact and business details, your plan, your signed agreement, and your payment records. When you pay online, card and bank details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
When you visit our site: we use no advertising or tracking cookies. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam, which checks your browser without a puzzle. If we count visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you across sites.
03Our clients' customers
When someone sends a request through a website we run, we deliver it to that business and keep a copy for them. We act on the business's behalf: we use these requests only to run that business's services, and we never market to their customers or sell their information.
04How we use it
To answer you, to build and run the services you asked for, to send receipts and service emails, to keep our records and books, and to keep our sites safe. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
05Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run our services: Cloudflare (hosting, security and our database), Google (business email and listings), Stripe (payments) and 1Password (encrypted storage of logins). Each one handles it under its own privacy and security terms. We share information with others only if the law requires it.
06How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while they are useful to you or the business they were sent to. Client records and signed agreements are kept for as long as tax and legal record rules require. Logins are removed when an agreement ends.
07Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you are in Canada or another place with its own privacy law, we follow it for your information. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
08Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date and version below, and clients are told by email before a change that affects them.
